Every few days we collect about this much produce from the garden. It's gotten to the point where there is too much to give away. We eat what we can and I put the rest in the fridge or can it. Our fridge is full. Come over and take it away, please! It's pretty crazy when your neighbors start to reject the produce. There has been a lot of salsa made the last couple of weeks. It kind of makes me excited for winter. Kind of. Okay, maybe not. We've been enjoying fresh salsa and now I've got a stock pile when fresh tomatoes, onions, and peppers are no longer available Stay tuned. I'll be posting some recipes for sure. Amy, I've got a few I know you're going to want. :)
In the meantime, don't forget to enter my giveaway. It's a fun one!

I'll bring the bacon and be right over. I've got some 'b' and 'l' but no t's. And that picture sure makes me hungry.
I definitely have the Ts, Gail. Come on over. We'll be waiting.
Wait! I want in on this too! I'm on my way. Wait for me!!
Hurry! The Kleinigs are still in town. :)
If that's the case, I tell them to wait right there! I'd love to meet her, especially after hearing her husband speak.
What a bounty!! Jan, that's amazing! I'm totally jealous. Since we rent it's be hard to grow our own food in the yard, but I'd love to...
You guys could practically join a farmer's market with all that :)
