We had an abundant crop of jalapenos this year. You can only make so much salsa with all of those jalapenos so I eagerly looked for other things to do with all of them.

Since I sort of love cream cheese and I sort of love jalapeno poppers I decided to stuff those jalapenos with cream cheese.

Why stop at cream cheese when you can add another love of mine. Bacon, cream cheese and jalapenos together just make me melt. Yum! Stick these babies straight on the grill or oven at 375 degrees. Grill them for about 20-25 minutes until the bacon is a bit crispy.

Start popping them in your mouth and enjoy smokey, creamy, spicy jalapeno. I could eat a plateful for dinner.
