It's the Butter and Brown Sugar

_MG_8841.jpgI think I've found another cookie that I can't live without. It's got 4 sticks of butter in the recipe, so it has to be good, right? My friend Gina so kindly made these awhile back and then she shared the recipe with me. We just love them and they're incredibly easy to make.

Brown Sugar Butter Cookies

1lb butter (4 sticks)
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
small bowl of brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Sift dry ingredients together. Add to butter/sugar mixture. Mix well.
Make dough into small balls about 2 tablespoons per ball. Roll in brown sugar and place on un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12min. Remove from heat. Let cool on cookie sheets for a few minutes then transfer cookies to a wire rack to finish cooling.

See? Easy peasy. You better make a double batch because you won't be able to stop eating these.
