We got to South Dakota a few days before the reunion was scheduled to start. So why not go out and ride a tractor? Beef, it’s what’s for dinner!I wouldn’t mind having a shed this size. This is for you Wendy. :) After visiting cousin David’s farm we went in to town. We met up with some other cousins. We enjoyed Peyton’s softball game. We hung out, chatted, and did a little catching up.Lisa showed up and started talking to the kids. When she knew their names they were dumbfounded. It was pretty funny. Then we headed back to Ryan’s farm where the kids took the sheep for a walk. Then they got distracted and the sheep got away. The distraction was a turtle that they found in the middle of the yard.
The kids then decided to put a play together. It was called, “The Melius Kids Meet Some More Melius Kids.” Fitting don’t you think? By the end of the day the kids were beat. The sun sets later here in South Dakota. It can be 10pm and still light outside.

That was a great day! We're so glad we could spend some of it with you!
I couldn't agree with you more Laura. It was so fun to just hang out and not have to worry about anything else. That whole week was great! Makes me wish we lived a little closer. Love you guys!
