Swap

My friend, Colleen, has been hosting a swap party at her house for a few years now. This is the second time that I have attended. It's just so much fun!

There's plenty of food to snack on while you shop around her house.

There's always a lot of visiting and meeting of new friends too.

I actually met Heather for the first time at last year's swap party.

There are goodies in all the rooms of her house. Pick a room and you'll find housewares, clothing, jewelry, beauty products, purses, movies, books, and CDs. It's such a hoot.

Then, when everyone is done shopping there's more time to visit and eat! You can't go wrong with that.

This year I didn't get much. I was too busy chatting away. I also felt pretty good that I brought three large bags of stuff to get rid of. I wasn't really wanting to bring too much home. This little magnet, however found its way into my purse. I didn't find it until I was getting ready to leave for church in the morning. Hmmm. . . I think Homer will be showing up at someone's house soon.
