I Heart Faces

Well, it's been awhile since I've had an entry for I Heart Faces. I took some time off to have a baby, but now I'm back! This week's theme is "Contemplative." I shot this photo while we were at the zoo this spring. It was potty break time, so we were waiting around. Wheels are always turning with Jared. I wonder what he's thinking?


Funny thing. This week there is also a special, just for fun "Pets" category. Here is my pet entry. This was taken at the zoo as well. This gorilla is in deep thought. I think he is plotting his escape or maybe wondering why so many people are staring at him.

    Jan, this is my first time visiting your blog, and have to say...do you have 6 children? Lol you are a super mom!!

    Also, I can't help but feel a special connection looking at the kids because my kids are also of mixed races..they(your children) are absolutely beautiful!

    Lastly, I love your entry for this week because now I also wonder, what in the world was going through your husband's head?? Your pet's entry is hilarious!!

    Are you comparing Jared's thoughtfulness to a gorilla's? I have seen Jared with that look many times and you have to wonder what deep thoughts are being processed there. They're both great pics.
