Last week Mimi and Papa flew into town for a few days. Finger and toe nails needed to be painted, so we did that.
We also had snuggles with Papa.
We started a chair remodel project while the men pulled weeds and put cages on the tomatoes at the church garden. I finished the chairs a few days ago, so stay tuned!
Then I got my mother in law started on thrifting Pyrex. We went out Saturday morning and found these goodies. It was a short visit, but hopefully we'll have more time with them in the fall.

Can't wait to see your chairs. I remember when she made the original covers for your chairs . . . back in the day when we would get together with our sewing machines, full of good intentions, and end up eating artichoke dip and watching TV instead. :)
Cannot wait to see your chairs. The neighbor kids is going to do our kitchen chairs for a 4-H project this year.
