Strawberry Walnut Salad

_MG_6042.jpgThis salad is incredibly easy to make. Most of my family enjoys this salad and many guests that I've made this salad for have also enjoyed it. I think it has something to do with the dressing. It's a sweet poppy seed dressing that no one can resist. It looks even better in a cute blue Pyrex bowl, so make it today.
_MG_5823.jpgYou can serve it with almost anything. Here I've paired it with my Cheesy Salsa Chicken.

Strawberry-Walnut Salad
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Spinach
  • Walnuts
  • Strawberries
Poppy Seed Dressing
  • 1/2  cup mayonaise
  • 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Mix everything in a mason jar. Shake well. Serve with salad.

My grandma made a salad just like this for us this weekend, but she added feta to it and it was AMAZING!! if the kids like feta I recommend trying it out :)

I was just at a restaurant that served a similar salad with feta in it. I am definitely going to try it!

Yum. A inter-friend of mine made some of your cupcakes for an event over the weekend. She reminded me how good your recipes are. I'm going to try your pad thai and maybe serve it with this salad because why not? But maybe not, because making things makes me tired.

Is that a 1/2 cup of mayo?
