Labor Laws

Remember when I said Elizabeth was our only child that participates in the "Terrible Twos" program? Well, if she notices that I am unloading the dishwasher, she throws a fit because she wants to unload it. Really. No lie. I guess I shouldn't complain right?
At what age do your children begin doing chores around the house?
 Around here we start them young. The younger the better.
Elizabeth does a great job unloading the dishwasher. Hopefully it won't be too long and she'll be cleaning windows and scrubbing toilets. ;)

She's TOO cute! It's so sweet when they want to help, they want to do what they see you doing all day. {If only that lasted through the teen years...}

Anyway, you asked about when other kids start chores. I posted on my daughter's first chore here:

;-)

And I think they're about the same age!

can you send her my way? My girls have to help pick up their toys occasionally. Maybe send a few of the older kids to help, too. :)

Heather, your daughter is adorable. I love that she likes to walk the dog.

Brenda, Anna loves picking things up, but then she loves to dump it all out again. Is that what your girls do?
