The Last Days of Fall?

This fall has flown by quite quickly. I think it’s because we’ve gotten quite a bit of snow before all of the leaves have even fallen. In between snow storms we had a particularly nice, warm day, so it was time to play in the leaves. I thought it would be a good time to get some photos of all the kids together too. Here is my futile attempt.FallKidsThis one isn’t too bad. It gets worse from here.

Rachel you didn’t really want to sit in that chair right? Thomas decided that he would help her out of the chair.KLeaves6Um, David your pants are on backwards AND they are falling down. What’s new?

Elizabeth is mobile now, so she doesn’t want to be part of this nonsense and closeness. After a few shots the models were getting restless, so we decided to take a break and run, play, and throw some leaves around.

Elizabeth is new to playing in the leaves. She’s not quite sure what to do. Don’t worry though because David will show her how it’s done. He’s quite the pro now.

David loves the leaves. Yes he has a problem keeping his pants up. We’re working on it. He’s just too skinny.

KLeavesOkay, back to work. Can I get a decent shot of them all? KLeaves2 Poor Anna, has no idea what she’s in for.Kleaves1Come on David. Can’t you keep your pants on? Sadly no. They are constantly falling off. I am thankful for adjustable waistbands though. We probably need to invest in more of those types of pants.

KidsLeavesI can’t remember what they are singing or saying. It might be a hymn. David will participate in hymn singing, but nothing else. KidsLeaves1 “Lord keep us steadfast in your word….” That’s got to be what David is singing. You can see it on his face, right?KidsLeaves3 Elizabeth thinks they’re all crazy. I don’t blame her. Just wait until she’s older. She’ll be one of those crazies.KidsLeaves4 It’s okay Elizabeth. Maybe you won’t turn out to be as crazy as we are.

Wow! That was a long post with a lot of pictures. Hope you enjoyed it. What are your Thanksgiving plans? Maybe I’ll have another recipe to share with you soon. Until next time….

And I thought I had trouble with my two kids and taking pictures. :) They sure are cute though. I can't wait for Christmas ones. :)
